White flat interior maintenance paint is 400 sq ft to the gallon. 5706’/ 400’ = 14.27 gallon or 15 gallons. $34.98 5gallon x 3 = 104. 94

Miscellaneous as screws, tapes, brushes, plaster, etc. = $250

Two laborers from local 57 laborers union at $30.00 for 21 days = $1,260

Total of 15,640.37 x 45% for business and insurance cost = $22,678.54
